We hope this message finds you well. We wanted to share some unexpected news about our wedding day that we learned earlier this week. Due to circumstances entirely out of our control, our chosen venue can no longer host events, which means we won’t be able to hold our celebration as originally planned.
While we are saddened by the shift, we’re not disheartened. We are still getting married—and we’re exploring a more intimate path forward that reflects the heart of what this day truly means to us. The larger gathering we had planned for October 4th will no longer take place.
After taking a day to process the news and consider our next steps, we wanted to share this update with you as soon as we could.
We know many of you have already made arrangements, and we’re so grateful for your love and support. We’ve begun personally reaching out to those directly affected by travel plans, and we kindly ask for your understanding and patience as we navigate the next steps.
We know you may have questions, and we’re working on providing more details as soon as we’re able. Your grace and support mean the world to us.
Though this change was unexpected, our hearts are full of peace. What matters most hasn’t changed—and we’re trusting that everything will unfold just as it’s meant to.
With love and gratitude,
Jasmine & Jonathan
